Ms. Daley was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2002 having completed a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) at Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1997 and having obtained her LL.B from Dalhousie Law School in 2000. Ms. Daley practiced in Ontario, where her primary focus was insurance defense litigation, before returning to St. John’s in 2006 where she was admitted to the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador. Her practice is limited to civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on insurance related matters including defence of professional liability claims.
